Mr. Rahim is in law practice for last 25 years and is the Founder and Managing Partner of AL-RAHIM. He has vast experience in almost all legal matters therefore heads the firm overall. Mr. Rahim specifically manages the Corporate, Commercial & IP Department, specializing in all corporate matters, intellectual property laws, technology laws; advises clients on IP, IT, Telecom and E-commerce sectors, frequently advises on legal issues involving complex contracts, e-commerce, soft intellectual property, data protection, brand protection, competition law and international law matters. Mr. Rahim is experienced in all aspects of contentions and non contentious intellectual property matters including trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, domain names and confidential information. Mr. Rahim is passionate about intellectual property, especially in consumer brands and as well as well known international trademarks and famous brands. Mr. Rahim is also involved in development of image rights. He is also responsible for the firm’s relationship with its international network. Mr. Rahim also advises a range of public companies and large private companies on their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital fundraising and corporate restructuring. Mr. Rahim is also an experienced commercial and intellectual property litigator with 24 years experience and has handled all types of commercial disputes, trademark, patents, copyright and design infringement, cancellation and related disputes, professional negligence, sports laws and mediation.
